TV, movies, music, Books and whatnot.

2 new series to begin this month:
Smiley Face Killer and another (can't remember the title) with Pearce Brosnan(?) in it. Both look interesting snuff for a looksee.

Granddaughter informed me earlier she had to get her homework done so she can watch outer banks s1 finale. Shes in 5th grade this year and her mom lets her watch it. Ive never seen it.

I'm hurting, hungry, tired and cold watching 1923. Traveling by horse and wagon in Montana during a blizzard at night with a woman, kids and a man that can't walk don't look easy. Or fun.

Disney is remaking Snow White. Walt is turning over in his grave.
You been under a rock?

It's been filmed since 2022. It was originally scheduled for release last spring but was pulled because of the writers strike (that was the official story) most believe it was because of the controversy around the star Rachel Zegler and her hate for the original 1937 Disney classic.

Their was also controversy before filming with actor Peter Dinglage saying it glorified dwarfism or something making other dwarf actors upset some responded negatively to Dinklage's comments, feeling he was unduly speaking on their behalf and costing them roles. Disney soon announced they would "take a different approach to these seven characters"

When they trailer was released on YouTube it became the most hated film trailer on the YouTube platform.

The budget is said to be anywhere from $240-270 million. It's opening day projections has continued to drop, right now it's projected to be less than $50 million.

I'm so embarrassed to admit this, but if Joe is brave enough to admit to putting A1 on a ribeye...good lowered that's a sin, I can admit I've watched all 16 episodes of Season 1 Rescue: Hi Surf.

I watched the first 8 episodes mainly because I'm an Arielle Kebbel fan. It's a decent Baywatch Hawaii knockoff, but it's not as entertaining as Baywatch.
