Kiffin had Matt Barkley for two of his three full seasons and a loaded group of wide receivers all three years, then recruited two more five star quarterbacks on the roster after Barkley left. You can downplay Kiffin's roster all you want but he wasn't lacking in talent.

Yet without a postseason ban, he likely coaches in the Rose Bowl. But yes, let’s say his tenure wasn’t good at all

Never said he wasn't a good coach, he isn't a great coach and he has a lot of baggage. He also was given a roster loaded with talent.

Yes, I don't gaf but already you see he has a job at Ole Miss in another thread.. Are we counting any power 5 school here or just big time? Cause I said no big time school will hire Kiffin be cause if they would he'd already be in Jacksonville. Ole Miss is a stepping stone.... .....but Kiffin ain't going there it's fake news...

I think the fraternity of ADs contains a lot of clueless idiots. I think there are going to be big time programs that will offer Kiffin a job, whether he’s really a coach or not.

Google it, everyone in the press is jumping all on this right now saying it'll be official Sunday. I don't consider Ole Miss a big time job but I'll pay up if I lose this one. I can't believe anyone will hire this guy.

LMAO! Head coach at Raiders, Tennessee, USC and FAU Nat champ OC at Alabama. Not to many guys in the world with a more impressive resume

He’s a career 8-4 type coach. If that’s good enough for Ole Miss then he’s a good hire. If not, then it isn’t.

He can't seem to hang around anywhere long enough to do anything. I'll be impressed when he stays somewhere more than 5 years and is actually winning something worth winning. He won't stay at Ole Miss if the buzz is true. He's the kind of guy with his eye on a prize like Alabama.

Arkansas can't live without Jerry Jones and Walmart money, no coach wants to be under Jerry Jones's rule. Much like the Haslam situation here until it got exposed. Arkansas could throw a billion at a coach and they would turn it down because of the underlying stipulations. Too many wanna be chiefs and not enough Indians
