IMO. Max is a right tackle (can play guard) and this kid is a left tackle all the way. I’m not sure if he is quick enough with the feet but he has plenty of length.
Max will be on the inside at Tennessee. Going to be playing inside at his high school this year to prepare for it too. I think Warren is probably an RT imo. His best abilities are his size and ability to move, which usually translates best to RT IMO. He needs some coaching on the pass protection part, but he can really move in space and run block

They have Max at guard right off? I can see him moving there but he has the ability to be a RT too. I know they have him at LT and LG in his high school film. The way he run blocks and plays man up pass block is s

That is interesting. I wouldn’t have predicted that TN is sold on guard from the start.

Not guard specifically. They've talked about the possibility of him being our future starting center as well.

Addison Nichols at center
Once we get Petty and Sanders from the '25 class,
*I have a dream*

LT - Shamurad Umarov 6’7, 340
LG - Daniel Calhoun 6’5, 355
C - Max Anderson, 6’5, 310
RG - Vysen Lang, 6’4, 340
RT - Bennett Warren 6’8, 330
Once we get Petty and Sanders from the '25 class, competition will be insane.
Go Vols!!

Ann Arbor is a far superior city to Knoxville, so that's a problem.

Having lived in Knoxville for 4 years and lived/worked in cities 10 minutes away from Ann Arbor for about 3 years and going over there frequently, I really like Ann Arbor, but it isn’t “far superior” to Knoxville in the slightest. Equal at best and it certainly doesn’t have more to offer. The total Ann Arbor metro area is way smaller than Knoxville’s. No Smoky Mountains nearby. It’s just flat, boring Southeast Michigan. And does a Texas kid really want to experience the 6 months of winter? November to April, it is COLD and it has snowed plenty in May, too.

They have seen him way more than me. Wouldn’t have been my first thought but then again, my job isn’t on the line either. Ha ha.
Max Anderson is a Peter Skoronski type RT IMO. Glad to have talent on board that is flexible though.
