'20 TX QB Haynes King (TAMU Commit)

Which is why we really need King imo. It would really help to have a QB with mobility until our OL gets its stuff together.
Personal opinion, I believe we've got 2 full seasons before either would start. I pray we're not still talking about a horrible OL at that point.

I’ve just come to expect it. I’ve only been watching UT football since about 2010 and they’ve all pretty much sucked. But the way we’re recruiting, I thinks it’s gonna change.

2010? Wow. You've only seen the bad. I'm a little impressed yer still a fan. haha. No wonder you, and I'm sure many others, expect it to always go bad. For me, this decade is the outlier. I only expect to be good.

I’m an alum, so I have to :) First game was UT vs UNC, Music Sh*tty Bowl.....yeah.
I did not grow up a fan either. My dad is a Kentucky native, and I thus, grew up in a Kentucky household in northern middle Tennessee. It was not until I enrolled as a student in 2006 that I became a member of Volnation. My first game was UT-Cal.

That would’ve been a badass first game. For me, it hasn’t been all bad. I was there for UGA 2015 and 2016, Florida 2016, Battle at Bristol and all the bowl beat downs we gave to Big 10 teams. And even though we didn’t win, OU 2015 was the most electric atmosphere I’ve ever experienced in any sport, any time.

Yeah, I was a student during the Eric Berry years, so it wasn't all bad...but I was also a student during the 5-7, losing to Wyoming and firing Fulmer year as well...sooo not all good either.

My first UT game was in Neyland in 1997 vs UGA. Jamal Lewis rushed for 231 yards and the Vols won 38-13. It was a great day.
My first game was in 93 against South Carolina. It was a close one at 55-3. Was only 9 yrs old but I still remember that game as clear as yesterday. Got to meet Shuler after the game. Man... that team was really good....if we hadnt lost to UF...we would have proabably played for at least a share of the natty. They destroyed everyone....tied with bama.....but then got trounced by Penn st in the citrus bowl.

I was at that game sat next to the GA band and fans. Sitting behind us was a scout form Pittsburg Steelers. He was there to see some other players and I told him about Jamal who was a Freshman I believe at the time. He had to leave at half-time to go to Memphis to scout but before he left he had seen enough of Jamal and said you guys want keep here all 4 years he will be gone his JR year and he was right.

South Carolina linebacker Hank Campbell guaranteed a SC victory in 93. Lol
