People keep asking for daily updates and we want to provide them. The trouble is, King is genuinely torn at the moment.

He REALLY wants the decision made before leaving for the Elite 11 Finals on Friday. Earlier in the week, we thought a decision could come by Tuesday or so. However, both A&M and Tennessee have been in contact with him and both are making it a very difficult decision.

He has not completely ruled out Auburn and Duke but I would be very, very surprised if it was either one of those.

I know it seems odd to have a self-imposed deadline when he is still deciding but King is the type of kid that just wants this process over with. He wants to play football and not have the decision hanging over his head. He also knows that he has two really good options and doesn't think he can go wrong with either one. The question is, which one will it be?

I still think it will be A&M but, to be completely honest, it's almost a coin flip at this point. The family has played things very, very close to the vest - not just with media but also with the schools recruiting him. Nobody knows what he is going to do yet, and I think that includes King himself.

Whenever he does make his decision, I don't expect him to wait long to make it public. Like I said, he just wants it out of the way. So, it could go down at any point between now and Friday morning.

Sorry that there isn't a ton of new info. This is definitely one of the tougher recruitments to read that I've covered. Even if I don't get a great read at times, usually the teams involved pretty much know what is likely. However, with King, even that is not the case

I’d be surprised if he picks us over AM when it comes down to it. I’m sure they are in his head about us already having Bailey and probably even more after yesterday. That’s hard to ignore and not often two elite QBs are in same class regardless. If he does come though then you know he is fearless and confident.
