'20 TX QB Haynes King (TAMU Commit)

I think were all happy with Bailey, I'm much more concerned with what the coaches think than people picking at some camp. Neverless, I don't see him not being top 5, but that is just me. GBO!
I get it and if I didn’t know what I know on this subject then I would 100% agree. Although I’m calling out the politics in it all I have to admit that you don’t want to completely take what they say with a grain of salt. The elite 11 coaches are not only qb gurus but possibly some of the best qb coaches I’ve ever seen. My point is you just never know how much of a kids rank at the end is political and how much is earned.

Someone posted the cliff note version of this interview the other day, but it’s worth watching the whole thing. It’s obvious this kid is going to be successful no matter where he goes.

WATCH: Haynes King goes in-depth on decision process

BTW he is clearly down to us and A&M. He kept saying “both” when talking about the 4 schools. He would then correct himself to say “all 4”.

If I were Fisher, I would. Just to be a d*ck. Drop about 250k at his doorstep and 3 of Texas's finest.

Starting to feel like A&M lock
What do you think is the hold up on committing?

I suspect he was checking out VolNation to see if we preferred him or Bailey and saw this weird crap posted by @McGeesPub and said "not sure I can handle that for 3 or 4 years"!!!

Doesn’t necessarily mean that. They both may throw it the same distance but who’s gets there on a line or faster. A couple seconds makes a big difference

I doubt any of the competitors were throwing it "on a line" if the goal is max distance. They're all throwing it at about the same angle, so ~same distance means ~same ball speed means ~same arm strength.
