Just got back from a week at the beach but looks like King followed a handful or so A&M commits/players over last week. That sucks. Hopefully it means nothing.

Just watched King elite 11 highlights, maybe it's just me but Bailey is much quicker at making decisions. Arm strength and other intangibles are about the same. The only part of the game that king excels at more is obviously his speed and scrambling ability.

BTW, the guys on the VQ Podcast said their feel is that something happens in the next 7-10 days. They made sure to specify they didn't have any inside info on that, but that's just what they think considering King's dad is the head coach of his high school and they start fall camp in about two weeks. They said the family probably wants him to have a public decision before that starts to keep any distractions from them preparing to repeat as state champs.

I don’t see the point in following all these A&M players otherwise. Kid doesn’t seem like the type to do that to throw people off. I think Jimbo sold him on the surrounding cast and talent being further along. AM had to make him have a comfort level close to what Chaney and Weinke had built with him.

Maybe. I don’t know., but the same argument that was applied to Harrison, when King was offered and showed interest, could be applied to King. Everyone was nervous that Harrison would decommit, because of the possibility of King coming.
