If UGA doesn’t release his LOI he’d be stuck to UGA unless the NCAA granted his appeal. With UGA accepting his request he doesn’t have to deal with all that.He can't go "into the portal" until he is enrolled in school and completed one semester (or equivalent i.e. both summer sessions) Nothing is going to keep him from enrolling in another school. Jusy fyi.
very rare situation that a university doesn't release the kid though, it's most likely going to be a wasted counter on their 25 so why even bother trying to make him honor it?If UGA doesn’t release his LOI he’d be stuck to UGA unless the NCAA granted his appeal. lol he wouldn’t go somewhere if he had to pay his own way. Theoretically any player could leave and pay their own way. I was talking strictly scholarship wise, which I thought was implied.Wrong.
He can enroll anywhere he wants to. Can't accept athletic money in 2020-21 school year, but he can go wherever he wants.
How is taking their method of communication with family ensuring their safety?
My kids are instructed that their phones are their property and NOBODY takes it from them other than me or their mother.
They also know when and when not to use them. This coach sounds like a tyrant that needs to learn boundaries...sounds like he had an issue with the kid.
