'19 TX WR Isaiah Neyor

Update just now from Texas 247 mod…

I talked to a source regarding Neyor who said they thought the visit went great. Texas stated its case well and showed Neyor what he wanted to see from a program fit and education standpoint. Now it's just a waiting game as he looks to make his final decision.

So he didn’t commit to them before leaving. That has to be a good sign.

Doubt it's a "glitch." More like an automated process. From what I can tell, it looks like tuition is due today. Tomorrow, your classes are cancelled. It's possible (likely even) that he hasn't completed the entire enrollment process, so from a university standpoint, he's being processed out.

Prob some automated process. Seems a bit quick to show up when these departments are usually slow. Could be he had been in there a couple days then we haven’t processed his scholarship yet due to him visiting another school so maybe it kicked him out of system for now. Trying to find a bright spot when probably ain’t one but who knows. Hate when recruitments get to this point. Usually a bad sign of things to come even if you get the playrt

"Commit"? Means nothing these days. Might as well call it a reservation instead of a commitment.
Playing devil's advocate here..........but Coaches give offers all they time, which are not committable.

Tit-for-tat??

Don't deny a man a good argument with a straw man. It's the only argument he can win.
I think I said previously his running style and stride reminded me of Moss, because he runs off and leaves people and looks like he's running in slow motion..... how that equates to "Neyor is the next Randy Moss" is beyond me

the kid is from Arlington...I gotta believe UT Austin is a helluva strong pull. The opp is way better here but I bet his family wants him at Austin. Can't really blame the staff if it swings west.
I wouldn't blame the staff, this would be all on the kid. Why even commit if you wanna look around still?

Since Napier's arrival, they've taken 5 transfers. Like I said, 3 are from ULL. One is the QB who's on like his third school. And the third is the CB from Georgia. IMO, the CB is probably the actual best they've gotten. But they've also lost Copeland, Diabate, Bogle, and Mincey.

It's completely possible Napier pulls a rabbit out of his hat, but it's just as possible it's all an illusion. We'll see.
I think Napier will probably make them more of a "physical" style of play football team than the finesse Florida teams we're used to seeing.

Dude said a bunch of times he didn't care where he was, Texas or not Texas, just wanted to go to the best situation for him.

I agree. Clearly better off here but the heart wants what the heart wants and prolly getting better NIL chances if he closes there as well. Hopefully he makes the career decision and not the heart decision. Either way if he balls out he is playing at the next level anyway.
