I pray for Tyler, his wife, Pat, and anyone else affected by this.

May they find they courage to admit their shortcomings and the faith to press ahead during the difficult days that will follow.

Rather than pray for the married man who used his position of power to take advantage of a young women, can someone please think of the victim during this time. She is the one who is going to need help. Men who prey on their subordinates, be it teacher/student, coach/player, boss/employee, doctor/patient, clergy/parishioner, etc., do not need our sympathy. The victim will be in my thoughts and prayers tonight, not the predator responsible for this violation of trust. As the parent of a college student, I also feel sympathy for the young lady's family who put their trust in a university and coach, only to be betrayed in this way. Just because this act was perpetrated by the son of highly respected coach does not make the act any less egregious. I also feel sorry for Tyler's mother because I know she raised him better than this.

Tyler was getting it on with a player even at Marquette? Geez. He won't get another head coaching shot any time soon. This screams of an entitled and narcissistic personality.

Of course we don't know all the facts yet but since she transferred from Marquette it doesn't appear she is a victim in this case. She knowingly followed Tyler to LaTech. She should take responsiblilty just like he should given they are only a few years apart in age.

Do you know what the difference between flirting and sexual harassment is? It depends on how good looking the guy is.

All those Bible quotations Tyler spouted everyday, Good Greif, could this get any sadder?

The Power of the Little Head rules supreme.
