Was arrested by the security forces and Syrian intelligence upon his return to Syria , with dozens of those who went to fight in Iraq, and came to the Sednaya prison before his release in March / March 2012 at the launch of a mysterious release within the Assad regime 's policy in the minds of the arrest and release of criminals and owners of precedents belonging to regulators militan

I'm exhausted honestly. Since I've been back, I've been working on my Spanish. (Spanglish) and the last two days I've had to take a crash course on ebonics/ghetto.

My brain is tired.

get back to me after doing some research on how nice Assad is.

From your link, the very first sentence...

Sednaya Prison (Arabic: سجن صيدنايا‎‎) is a military prison near Damascus in Syria. The prison has been used to hold thousands of political prisoners,[1] among them members of the Muslim Brotherhood and other Islamists.

Assad runs a Baathist/secular govt that Muslims, Christians and others can freely practice their religion. Compare that to the rest of these Islamists and CIA/Saudi/Sunni lead groups.

Nah. They lie. I'm not saying Assad didn't do it definately but I cannot fathom why he would shoot himself in the foot. I'll still lean towards false flag. I don't believe anything CNN says either.

Blast from the past per Wikipedia.

"According to a report by veteran investigative journalist Bob Woodward in his book Plan of Attack, Tenet privately lent his personal authority to the intelligence reports about weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) in Iraq.[39] At a meeting on December 12, 2002, he assured Bush that the evidence that Iraq had WMDs amounted to a "slam dunk case." After several months of refusing to confirm this statement, Tenet stated that it was taken out of context. He indicated that it was made pursuant to a discussion about how to convince the American people to support invading Iraq.[40] The search following the 2003 invasion of Iraq by US, British and international forces yielded no significant WMDs."

It has been reported that the rebels were about to take a key piece of territory and Assad felt desperate. Which is certainly 1 plausible explanation. Also, US Intelligence, especially in the form of SIGINT, has come a long way since 2002. Hell, the iPhone was still 5 years away from being released!

Oh I agree with that, still doesn't explain why he released so many of them when he was losing to secularists rebels (the old Syrian Army)

Maybe. If I was a politician, I would make the case as soon as the strike was known to the public instead of the appearance of finding evidence afterwords to back up my actions. Trust, like fine china is easily broken and almost impossible to repair.

These are interesting comments by Assad. He seems to think that Trump had his hands tied and the entity he seems to be blaming is The Deep State, not necessarily Trump. This may open the door for some dialogue with Assad, Putin and Trump if the Deep State can be defeated.

Assad: America’s ‘Deep State’ – Not Trump – Blew Up Airbase in Syria

Assad said the American missile strike was “the first proof that it’s not about the President of the United States — it’s about the regime and the Deep State, or the deep regime in the United States.”

He said the Deep State “is still the same, it doesn’t change.”

“The president is only one of the performers on their theatre, if he wants to be a leader, he cannot, because as some say he wanted to be a leader, Trump wanted to be a leader, but every president there, if he wants to be a real leader, later he’s going to eat his words, swallow his pride if he has pride at all, and make a 180 degree U-turn, otherwise he would pay the price politically,” said Assad.

His analysis of the shell suggests that it could not have been dropped from an airplane as the damage of the casing is inconsistent from an aerial explosion. Instead, Postol said it was more likely that an explosive charge was laid upon the shell containing sarin, before being detonated.

"The explosive acted on the pipe as a blunt crushing mallet," Postol said. "It drove the pipe into the ground while at the same time creating the crater.

Postol said: "No competent analyst would miss the fact that the alleged sarin canister was forcefully crushed from above, rather than exploded by a munition within it.

You can't argue the logic in what he's saying.
