I expect UConn to beat UCLA today. UCLA has won big against a couple of weaker teams lately, but they lost to a mid-major earlier this season. I figure at home UConn will get it back together expect Williams and EW to shoot better and no way the inside play could get any worse.

Since UCLA is currently "injury riddled," Connecticut will easily beat them today. If they were healthy, it might have been close.

From a story I just read:

Injured-Riddled Bruins Go 1-2 in Gulf Coast Showcase
"The UCLA women's basketball team has had a rough start to the season, mostly due to injuries, but the team had a reality check this past weekend in the Gulf Coast Showcase going 1-2 (4-2 overall for the season) and finishing 7th in the preseason tournament.
This season, the Bruins have been forced to go with a 7-8 woman rotation due to the fact that six players are out with injuries. Though the Bruins went through this last season, it seemed to have caught up with them after a 3-0 start.
The Gulf Coast Showcase was a three-day run of games down in Estero, Florida. UCLA, which was ranked 19th in the AP Poll prior to the tournament, and No. 13 Iowa State were the only two ranked teams in the Showcase. Iowa State went on to win the tournament while UCLA stumbled in the first two games."

UConn is missing 3 players other than the current/ prior POY. How would Tenn had done without a single POY like Candace or Chamique? Just as challenged, especially if another 3 Lady Vols were out for injuries.

Guys that gif was done in jest....It was suppose to be me getting hit in the head for singing Rocky Top, not the other way around....

UConn not having Paige is rough on them, but us not having Rae, except for around 20 minutes this season, is just as rough.

Not me. Anytime Bama or UGA loses in football and/or Connecticut loses in women's basketball I throw a party!
