It also jad plenty of kids with SunBelt and CUSA offers. A few whos only offer SEC offer was UT.

I'm not saying Dools or Butch didn't take some marginal players as well and I'm not attributing the EE's under Kiffin to Dooley. He closed with seven 4-5*. Not all made it in and some left early, so in hindsight it was a bust of a class but at NSD that wasn't known.

Actually he isnt. Cowart asked him not to send it this morning. Said he would commit to Aub today.

He wanted to push back date but decided to go ahead because of time school and Espn put into it.

So Cowart is up in the air, and CeCe announces in an hour. Gator fans still have hope.

Auburn is reporting that Cowart's mom said he only signed Auburn LOI and left it with Callahan (HS coach) to send in. But it obviously hasn't been sent.

ESPN just said HS coaches can sometimes get their "feelings hurt" with players decisions. Wonder if they're hinting at something?

Aub spinning it.

Cowart wanted this. Derek Tyson who played QB for Armwood said he was told by someone for Armwood and anothet Team Tampa guy, he wanted to have the announcement pushed back.


Either way it just takes the spotlight off kids who did it the right way. Nobody will remember Ivey doing it quick and simple or UTs top 5 class. Just Cowart drama.

Luginbill said he was told by BC 10 days ago he had his decision made. If he didn't have it made then why say so 2 weeks out?

ESPN talked to him 4 min ago and he said AU only LOI signed and issue will be resolved within the hour. They reported that he said he signed it and left it to be sent in and it wasn't. Regardless of whats going on, on the surface it looks fishy. Drama has HG said.

Kid has said his coach was suppose to fax it in

Then "Told him to wait until CeCe announces"

let me say....i don't know what Cowart really wants and where he will end up, but I'm not buying the "oops, i left it for so and so and they didn't fax it stuff". oh, by the way, i'm going to wait for another guy to announce.
