Cornholio ‏@mattmitrione

Ur a spoiled brat that needs 2b taught a lesson & I'm the guy2do it. Come fight me at hvywgt within 1 year or ur a coward, kid @JonnyBones

Mittrione just tweeted that to Jones. I don't blame him one bit, either.

LOL at Mitrione. He's making himself look like a fool. Jones has destroyed basically everyone they've thrown at him. Mitrione, not so much. If Jones were to move up to Heavyweight exactly what good would it do to fight someone not even in the top 10?

Mitrione is a clown.

When I said I didn't blame him, I was in no way insinuating that Mittrione would beat him. But if Jones said those things about me (also assuming I am a UFC fighter) I would want to put my hands on him, too.

Mittrione has made some crude statements of his own in the past, but the Fallon Fox comments I don't fault him on at all. He was asked the question and gave his honest opinion. I'd also be willing to bet a lot of other fighters agree with what he said.

I've also been indifferent to Jones until recently for the most part. I don't like him, but he's still not on the level of Michael Bisping, Paul Daley, Dominic Cruz, etc.

I don't necessarily agree with anything you wrote but Mitrione acting if Jones doesn't accept his challenge that he is a coward is garbage. Again, why would Mitrione think for one minute he deserves a fight with Jones who would no doubt be ranked higher than him the day he commits to fighting at HW.

No doubt Jones would be ranked higher. I don't think Mitrione is calling for a fight with Jones to help his ascension in the HW division. I just think he wants to plant his fist in his face, and I can respect that.

....he just thinks he can follow Sonnen's path to a main event by calling him out.

He certainly can't be that stupid. He's fought exactly one guy (Roy Nelson) ranked in the top 10 and got his ass kicked in doing so.

I doubt anything will top Silva backpedaling and knocking out Forrest with a jab. Or that whole fight really.

Silva toying with Maia the entire fight was pretty embarrassing too. I don't think Chael will let anything like that happen. I don't think Bones will do that either. I just wish it would happen

That fight was embarrassing for both guys IMO And I think Silva is the greatest fighter ever, but that was just stupid as fawk.

Jon Jones(17-1) vs. Chael Sonnen(27-12-1) Chael matched up well vs Silva as Silva is not great vs good wrestlers. Jones on the other hand is a great wrestler and should smash Sonnen with ease. I think it will be total domination by Jones. TKO round 3.

Michael Bisping(23-5) vs. Alan Belcher(18-7) I'm not sure why Bisping is so popular, he's lost to every great fighter he's ever faced. His biggest wins were Jason Miller and Chris Leben, neither of which are among the top of the class. I think this is a close fight and in the end Bisping gets the split decision vs another not so impressive fighter.

Roy Nelson(18-7) vs. Cheick Kongo(18-7-2) Say what you want about Nelson but he is one tough SOB. Had he spent his career at a lower division he might have been considered one of the greats. He's almost impossible to finish, which is amazing considering his physique. I think his stand up is good enough to defeat Kongo unanimous decision.

Phil Davis(10-1) vs. Vinny Magalhaes(10-5) Davis has been impressive so far in his career even gaining a win over (IMO) one of the best up and coming fighters as of late (Gustafsson), but the guy he's fighting is a gappling fool and can submit you from anywhere. He's on a 6 fight win streak and I actually think Davis gets submitted in the 2nd round.

Jim Miller(22-4) vs. Pat Healy(29-16) This one is interesting, both fighters have great submissions and will be the determining factor. I have to go with Healy by submission in the 3rd to continue his recent success of 9-1 in his last 10, including the last 6 in a row.

Pacers at 7 and UFC at 10.

I've got a 6 pack(wish I had more) and now all I need to decide is what to do for dinner. Might just set out a chicken breast or two to grill with some cheesy potatoes. Decisions, decisions.

Almost perfect.
