I'm just now getting around to watching it. Great first round by Brown/Mein, wow. Glad I didn't check out the results in advance.

Nate Diaz got whooped ha.

And Cormier as looked superior to Mir in round one so I'm guessing that means Mir will come back for the win. Mir looked like garbage in comparison.

Cormier looked a million times better than Mir. It was said how easily Mir let him turn him up against the cage every time Mir had him cornered. Like Mir didn't even try to stop it.

Mir has a problem with guys that can control him (wrestlers.) I'm not surprised, at all, with how easily Cormier was able to handle him.

Mittrione got his suspension lifted finally. I was glad to see that. Whether you agreed with what he said about transgender fighters, he was asked about it, and he gave his honest opinion. I think the UFC went into a panic after he said it, and felt they needed to do some damage control.

Just speculation, but they said GSP-Hendricks would possibly be in August. That could potentially be the headliner.

I approve of this 100%.

Dana kinda shot down GSP fighting on cable yesterday. Bones did say yesterday that he wanted to fight Gustafsson next, and that he would like for it to be on a FOX card. That could be a possibility, but I wouldn't hold my breath. If you notice, all the title fights that have been on cable have been at 125, 135, or 155, with the exception of the first FOX card with Cain-JDS. Dana doesn't like to sacrifice the top PPV draws, which is totally understandable.

No doubt. JDS knocking out Cain in 30 seconds probably didn't help but if we continue to only get the lightweights on Network I think eventually MMA fans would start feeling insulted by it and turn some heat up...
