No doubt. What I've heard is don't even take the FST. I'm no lawyer, but I'm pretty sure you aren't legally required to get out of your car unless you're under arrest. A FST is a way for an officer to determine if you should be arrested. The lawyer I talked to said the best thing to do is write your information down on a piece of paper, have it in your car, and if you get pulled over driving drunk just hand the officer your information. Say nothing, do nothing, agree to nothing.
