UMASS at Florida

Some teams look pretty good but there are one or two positions that are so brutal that it does drag the entire team down.

Alabama looks pretty damn good. Ugh.

I was just thinking that (and it's week 1 here), Alabama looks worse than last year, but looks better than the competition withing the league by far more than last year.

I haven't seen a team in the SEC based on this weekend that looks like they could crack 10 on Alabama.

A horrible week for the SEC.

Alabama and Georgia can hold their heads up. Everyone else has major issues. Not that Alabama and Georgia are perfect.

As long as our O-line can play more physical we will be fine. Dobbs isn't a very good passer, but when he is on the field at the same time as Hurd and Kamara our offense is hard to stop. Replace Thomas with J. Jones and get Hall back and you'll see a big improvement from our O-line.

UF has pulled away late so they won't get as much flack for how ugly this game was.

I don't get the Coleman Thomas situation. What happened to him since last year? He was an all conference type talent at center last year

I have no clue, but he got exposed and brutalized. Same with Jashon Robertson, he was equally terrible. Honestly, outside of Richmond, our entire O-line played soft.

Absolutely...just look at that stat line...

29/44 for 256 yards, 2 TDs, no INTs.

Clearly Del Rio is complete garbage.

I mean, he was pretty average at best. Complete blown coverage on his first TD pass (didn't see his second)

5.8 yd/attempt against the 96th ranked pass defense from last year. That would have finished 2nd to last in the SEC last year, just ahead of Johnny McCrary

Although he will probably be an upgrade to Treon.

Yes and what a stellar secondary he was throwing against. He has a weak arm and he is not mobile enough to stay upright against the better blitzing teams.
