Underrated Movies

I just remembered starting this thread and then remembered recently watching 21 Grams and I feel like it was really underrated. I may just like movies like it and Crash and Magnolia where there are multiple plot lines that come together though.

Can anyone think of any other good movies like those three?

Babel, Traffic, 11:14, The Nines and, I guess to some extent, Vantage Point and probably Burn After Reading. I like movies like that too. Thought 21 Grams was excellent.

Babel? Really? I thought it was pretty boring although one of my best friends said he liked it too. Haven't seen the others but Traffic was really good. I love the last scene with Don Cheadle.

Bellissimo! Nuovo cinema Paradiso (1988)

If your wife is pissed at you and you have kids- Dear Frankie (2004)

If you have materialistic kids-Children of Heaven

Best Paul Newman movie you may not have seen- Nobody's Fool

Quirky Scandanavian film- My Life As A Dog

Just for the cinematography- Shi mian mai fu (2004)

Interesting German film- Lola rennt (1998)

The best 68 year old comedy you will ever see- His Girl Friday (1940)

"His Girl Friday" is a classic!!

I just saw Playing by Heart (1998) and thought it was good. Amazing cast and definitely underrated but I had a friend pitch it to me as "a Crash-esque movie where love is the topic." I think that's a bit much but it was definitely worth a watch.
