Uniform/Helmet/Shoe design thread (merged)

No new logo, other than a subtle change to the power T, but the "new" T is already being used in most places and nobody has noticed. Adidas didn't come up the the Smokey and Vols you mentioned, those were developed by a third party to be used on non-adidas gear.

The uniform designs have been finalized and ordered for all sports. Nothing groundbreaking. All sports will use the same letter/number font that Nike has developed.

And now,the plot thickens!

It's now a square, when before it was wider than it was tall. All of the graphics in the arena at basketball have been using the new one.

Are you referring to the "T" on the pads behind the goal as new and the "T" on the court near center court at the scorers table as old? If so, yes that is subtle.

this just posted at Sports Treasures in Knoxville -- could it be a mock up the new road unis ?

I'm guessing this is what the Numbers on the new uniforms will look like.

:hi: Ya think? Hoping to see a little more variety than just like all the rest.

No, just like Adidas does, Nike uses one template for all of their college sideline and fan gear, just in each team's colors.

People think Nike is magically better for some reason, it'll not be a huge change from Adidas other than the logo on the shirt.

If Nike were smart, they wouldn't change too much (other than the logo) from the 2013 uniforms introduced before the start of Butch's first season.

If it ain't broke then don't try to fix it!

There better be, UT took a lot less cash from Addias to switch to Nike, but in return UT gets a higher percentage of the apparel sales than before. So in July, go get the new Nike gear!

Like the jersey but our helmet should never have anything besides a Power T. Smokey and Ole Davey are just tacky on a uniform.

Those Helmets are completely unacceptable. The only change needed with the helmet is to add a Grey helmet with an orange Power T to match the Smokey Grey Uniforms.

As for the Jersey, please no checkerboard collars, just keep it simple.

The fan gear might fit better

Power T should always be on our helmets!

I'm 1 of the few that don't like the grey unis, sorry but I think they're ugly and get too far away from our traditional Orange and white unis.

We are the Big Orange of Tennessee Vols and our unis should always reflect that.

#BrickbyBrick...VFL...GBO!!!

I hope our numbers will actually be more like Ole Miss. They have Nike uni's and have a great number font. Georgia has the worst IMO.
