Solid performance by everyone except the special teams unit which left 9 points on the field and that will come back to bite Tennessee in the ass if we have a close game on down the road.

Ekeler should try Turbyville as the field goal kicker since Gilbert looks like he has lost confidence in himself.

Can't say a solid performance by everyone. The receiving corps left more points on the field than the kicker. Both were equally bad tonight.

If they beat Georgia, they jump near the top 12. We lose to Georgia, we drop out of the top 12.. Ole Miss can jump us. Especially after they beat the hell out of Arkansas.. they would have two wins over our two losses.

Arkansas was a joke, Florida was a joke, Kentucky was a joke and all would be easy wins according to the masses here. At some point, you have to just accept we aren’t blowing out anybody but a small conference team. That’s not scared it’s reality.

it could be Georgia. Never know. Ball takes funny bounces at times. It is much more fun going into every game knowing you have a chance just playing to the capabilities. Where as a few years ago. Ya know ?

Way to grind Vols, it wasn’t pretty but we keep battling and made enough plays on offense in the second half. Big WIN! Our D played well, our offense has to get more consistent and also quit beating itself. But there are flashes and we had 3 bad drops tonight. If we can get the O passing game clicking were can be dangerous. But we continue to have a running game that seems to get stronger in the second half. Go to work and keep working Vols. One game at a time! GBO!!!!!

Well it wasn't our best game but we won. Passing game was much better but 3 TDs were dropped by receivers. Another Sampson fumble in an otherwise great game for him.

FG's 0-3, first was a long attempt, second was on Gilbert, third was a bad snap that messed up the timing. Penalties and botched plays made the first two kicks much longer than they needed to be.

Gave up a lot more yards on defense but we got plenty of turnovers.

If we get our OL right we can win out.

A win is a win and winning ugly means the coach can still ride their arses next week in practice.

Conversely, if Ole Miss beats UGA and we do as well, then a dangerous UGA team is out of the playoffs with 3 losses!

If that scenario can become a reality, I’d love it. Georgia would abruptly cease being the kings of the SEC and our recruiting in Atlanta would surely benefit.

I still think it’s safer for our playoff chances if Georgia wins next week.

I’m very happy that I can’t be miserable tomorrow because the Volunteers outplayed the Wildcats starting in the third quarter resulting in the Vols making the Wildcats a pawn on the football field.

A moral victory thaf the Kentucky Wildcats controlled the game for nearly 3 quarters before the meltdown in the third quarter.
