Waiting for the smoke to clear and some semblance of a future roster appears. Wishing the best for Vols going to the BIGS and collecting nice checks. Hoping next year’s Vols baseball team has a couple more consistent hitters, someone who can steal bases, someone with an arm to catch opposing base runners, and three starters who consistently make it to the stretch. I guy can dream.

I’d worry about galanie continuing to show big power in the cape. If he does he will sign imo even if he isn’t drafted. Jmo

They’re never gonna be good at throwing out runners unfortunately, and it’s not the catchers fault for that

I do think that we have a pretty solid chance of seeing Dickey return to school. Not a guarantee, but his bat is elite and if he can solidify a position next year he is a guy that can make a hell of a lot more money than what is left on the table.

That would be a nice surprise but it also means one of our young talented outfielders likely will not have a spot to play.

Or Dickey could be our every day DH.

Gotta say this day couldn't have gone much better for the Vols. Looks like Tony V has figured it out and has his recruiting in a sweet spot. Still some big decisions to wait on, but I feel a heckuva lot better now than I did this morning.
