Urban Meyer Out at Florida (merged)

I wish him the best with his health problems. I just wish the Vols could of stomped him at least once before this.

I dont get all the doom and gloom. I mean if it is a serious heart problem that was CAUGHT before something tragic happened then i consider this a blessing. It's something to be thankful for during the holidays. He probably will get 25+ years added to his life now, spend quality time with his family and he still left with a legacy. I dont see the sadness in that.

It's a free country and I have the RIGHT to be God fearing and state it if I choose. Nobody can change that.

No one said you don't. I'm just saying that you're coming off like you're full of yourself and that it seems like you're on a crusade. Just stop. You're only embarrassing yourself.

Career move IMO, his stock is right below its peak. Can't do anything but drop if he stays. Considering they probably would have lost a couple games next year at least. He got out now so he can still get paid when and if he returns. Smart move, glad he's not the coach of that other team in the east. Who? Of F.

Hate the Gators as much as anyone but this is bigger than sports or rivals....our thoughts & prayers are with him and his family. Shocking news to say the very least!

That's the problem with this country now. If you state your beliefs, you are "on your high horse". If you go with the new Socialistic stance that has become the U.S. norm, everything's OK. I APOLOGIZE to the Gator fans from every GOOD UT fan. The rest I have no stake in.

Believe me pal, I'm on my knees wearing out my jeans that UF doesn't come after Kiffin!

I'm really worried that Layla and Daddy will try to lure him to the warmer weather!!! :censored:

What does politics have to do with anything? There is ignorant fans at every level. On a side note I hope hes okay.

If it is indeed heart problems, then hopefully a break from the stress of coaching a major program will be all he needs to get back on the road to good health. I wish him the best.

Good lord I've been blind this whole time

Criticizing fanatics for going over the top = Socialism

A cyst on the brain, that's tragic

he's a coach I've wanted out of Florida, simply because he's good
