Will there ever be any consequences for Russia, for undercutting the sanctions and sending weapons systems to Iran? That's never been addressed by Trump... and probably never will be.

Palladium has been trending up sharply for more than 2 years. And that’s not related to Iran. Being in the precious metal catalyst business it’s been a challenge. A friend from Germany recently mentioned the trend away from Diesel engines for cars is increasing the demand for palladium relative to platinum. I only mentioned a recent purchase of a Pd-ETF to LG as a counterpoint to his suggestion I seemed like someone who would invest in a Trump casino. Fortunately the Iran situation is not escalating as at first it seemed when the rockets were in the air. Therefore the price of oil may not be skyrocketing any time soon.

Hopefully many of you will realize that Iran talks **** to save face but they have no intention of ever going to war or do anything that would trigger major retaliation with America. They are clearly aware that they do not want to go to war with America. They’ll do what they can with their proxies to maintain influence in the region to rival Saudi Arabia, but anyone who thinks they are going to truly do anything that will harm the US simply has no understanding. No sovereign country is stupid enough to directly attack America.

But that's the point of my retort to whoever posted attacking me. Whatever criticism I have of the administration and Trump in particular (which I stand behind), Graham is such a disgusting opportunist that North Carolinians should uniformly be embarrassed by him.

I hear ya, however, on the flip side...they did a tad more than talk. Sure, Iran doesn’t want a war with America, but showed it isn’t going to bend over...

And honestly, I’m not sure how that makes us look now? We responded to this with more sanctions...why not just slap on more sanctions in the first place?
