I think it is making some people be a little hesitant. Until it is settled, you don't know 100% what will happen.

Oh I agree some schools might be hesitant and take a wait and see approach.

Operative word being some, not all...Franklin will eventually get a better gig than Vandy.

Penn State was brought up as a possible program Franklin may look at in the future given that he's from Pennsylvania and PSU's coach may again get some NFL looks. Doubt they'd look at him given their recent scandal and his present one at Vandy.
