USC OT Tyron Smith

Buffalo gets the best of me. On a serious note I wonder if he is waiting to see if Henderson goes to Miami before making a decision.

We don't even know that he is making a decision. That's what's so crazy about this.

Im assuming it will drag out since the players dont have a deadline to transfer.

And Dooley isn't nearly as pushy to recruits as Kiffin was. We got too used to Kiffin... too quickly. Dooley operates on an entirely different wavelength than Kiffin in this regard.

True. I just hope Kiffin isnt trying to brainwash the ones that are considering on leaving.

Kiffin convinces people like a used car salesman. Dooley convinces people like a lawyer. A used car salesman wants a quick decision and will deal with the fallout later. A lawyer wants to convince someone to the point they believe it and won't easily change their minds.

Spot on analogy. :good!:

It would be hard for me to imagine getting these kids much later than the start of fall practice. It seems like they would not want to come in late and be at that much more of a disadvantage on a new team, nor would Dooley want to cause a stink with current players by bringing someone new in halfway through practice and insert them infront of an existing player on the depth chart. Just my $0.02.

Couldn't have said that better myself.

Since there is no deadline, could Smith play the first game for USC, then come to TN and play the rest of the season?

This was excellent.

Kiffin sold Ambles and others a lemon car, so far only Seantrel Henderson has been able to get a full refund.
