They looked like a pro team against UVA. They are by far the most talented team in America.
I agree with you on all you said. But, from what I have seen so far USC is the most dominat team out there. Looking forward to the game with OSU, that should let us know exactly where they stand. No doubt USC is a very impressive college football program, but you might be getting a little carried away there.
Richmond gave Virginia all they could handle for the first 50 minutes of that game. Trouncing this year's Virginia team doesn't make you a pro team.
Florida and Georgia have both had recruiting classes ranked pretty similarly to USC for the last several years. USC does have top notch talent, but they aren't the only team which has had consistent top 5 recruiting classes.
I also agree with the original poster's comment about several of their marquee players looking less stellar once they get to the NFL, making you wonder if some of their stats haven't been a inflated by playing a schedule of teams they clearly dominate over.
Oh yeah thats right blow out UCLA lose to Stanford. What a program.lol:
Yeah, they could never recruit down here. Thats why they took Turner out of our backyard a couple years back. Signed the kid out of South Carolina, the #1 RB in the country was out of LA and the snagged him. Unfortunately, whenever they want a player they get him.Tennessee would do the same in the Pac-10. No championship game too easy. No defenses to play against cakewalk. I would pay to switch conferences. USC wouldn't even be able to really recruit down here.
You are aware that we just got beat by a pitiful UCLA team arent you?Tennessee would do the same in the Pac-10. No championship game too easy. No defenses to play against cakewalk. I would pay to switch conferences. USC wouldn't even be able to really recruit down here.
