UT Lady Vols vs Bayor Lady Bears Game Thread

How often can you go out and slug somebody and get a freaking one game suspension? That should have been the end of her season.

You can't blame this one on something that happened a month ago. Blame the players for missing a ****load of shots in this one when they needed them.

Feel like Griner got away with a ton of fouls. Half of her "blocks" could have definitely been called fouls. It was like Varnado treatment.

Oh well... you can only do so much to prepare for a 6-8 player in women's basketball. In the end you'll usually need a little luck on your side. Tennessee played well but Griner was just too much of a disadvantage for UT today.

Lots of disappointed faces in the crowd, but we need them to make the trip up I-55 to St. Louis to support the guys tomorrow.

Of course I can. Griner is a thug and her ass should have been on the sideline. But since she is so important to Baylor's success she got a ******* slap on the wrist. **** Baylor.

I agree she should've been suspended much longer for that punch (at minimum, five games), but the Lady Vols just couldn't make shots when they needed them. Glory Johnson only had three points today.

I don't really follow the Lady Vols that much - or women's basketball period - but how is that man allowed to play for Baylor. Not only is he a man - but I remember the story and seeing video of him punch a girl on the other team in the face during a game. Even Blount from Oregon got a more significant suspension - and it wasn't as bad and his suspension was a lot longer.
