I was in one during the 90's and that was pretty much all we wore (minus the stains though since we had a little respect for ourselves). Both sides of this debate usually act like idiots and this is no exception

If a dude needs to pay for friends, and wants to live in a house with a bunch of other dudes without any chicks in sight, I'm fine with his decision. It's not one I would make, but to each their own.

The problem a lot of people have with fraternity guys is that they seclude themselves and rarely make friends with guys outside their fraternity. Why? I do not know. By not making friends with other people they give off a superiority complex to others.

Yeah, I can understand how this would seem weird to people who aren't greek. I lived in the SigEp house for 3 years and I guess it was just a function of always hanging out with the people I lived with. Being greek was a great decision for me, all but one of my groomsmen were fraternity brothers and the guy who wasn't was my sister's brother...it can be great if you find the fraternity that is right for you.

frats at UF are pretty bad for the most part, from what I've been told

Don't go to an SEC school but in Florida they still pop em. Not everyone but there's a good number
