Are the railroad tracks along side Neyland Drive still in use? If not, I've always thought they should put tailgate parking in that area, on either side of Neyland Ave, so you could tailgate along the river. They could install pedestrian over bridges to cross Neyland Dr to reduce traffic disruption and increase safety. You would have easy access to TBA as well as the stadium.

Definitely still in use, i remember hearing that train every day from my dorm room, thing is so damn loud.
