Guess you didn't see the mockup I posted. You're right, the fouled is really small in that infield. People just didn't realize this. Sight lines will be fine with unobstructed views, the problem will be the shear distance from the seats to the field. Nevertheless, it's a huge event and great publicity!looks even worse than I thought. The draw up of the field inside the track on utsports is just tiny. Looks like they mocked up maybe 1200 seats worth of bleachers with people standing around everywhere. What would the fun in sitting in Turn 3 be? I want this to work as someone from the Tri Cities and a die hard Vols fan, I just don't see it panning out to be a fun experience.

I didn't see your mockup, but I mocked it up to realize that practically all of Neyland fits inside the first rows of seats at BMS. The sheer distance is beyond alarming. You flat out won't see any action from a seat in the turns, especially if they do put it in the middle of the infield as the picture they had for the PC is indeed the plan.
Holy crap I wish people would get off the subject of it being so far away. I'm sure they'll put up a jumbotron. Even if there is not, stop complaining. Biggest game in the history of football. Be a part of it, or GTFO.
Tickets for Battle at Bristol will range from about $50-100. Bleachers will be set up in end zone and sidelines
