So I guess I can't blame myself for losing this game. I thought that we lost the other two games because I had watched them, but since I didn't watch this one... then... yeah. Would have been 0-4 but Georgia came uncharistically unglued at mid-season. Other than beating Georgia we are about where I expected at this juncture.

How about we pull an Ohio State? They hired Jim Tressel from D-II where he had won 2 championships in the last 3 years before going to Ohio State. He's been successful there.

Tennessee will keep the coaching inhouse. Too much good ol boy going on.

He also lost to PSU last year, Northwestern year before that. Believe it or not, the Ohio State losses sometimes, too!!!

he's in the BCS and making money for his U. fulmer can't even win the SEC there is no comparison. tressel is 10 times a better coach than phil. i would take him in a heartbeat.

I appreciate your optimism but I don't see much improvement going on. If I recall, Fulmer promised our running plan will be back. I'm seriously concerned about the remaining games.

Yeah, I think that's the problem. It's good once in a while to bring in some fresh ideas, shake things up.

I wonder if the SEC has passed Fulmer by with the new coaches brought in at other schools. (e.g. Richt was from FSU, Meyer was from Utah)

My friend at Michigan says that's the problem they have there--they'll go in-house for a new coach when they should shake stuff up a bit.

Georgia wasn't a big game. I was referring to Cal as our big victory.

They'll still be a top 25 team. UGA was only undefeated because their first few games were against weaker opponents than Carson Newman plays.

Fulmer is doing a good job of turning this around. My concern though is that if UT can't get to Atlanta and win the SEC in the next year or two, it will have been a DECADE since we last won!!!!!

i think fulmer needs to step down. he has no more magic dust. it is over for him.
