In the end, the handling of CV19 shots may do more harm to people's opinions on vaccination than the infamous Dr Wakefield.

You hearing any rumblings of forcing masks back on kids in our area? I think they’ll try it again, although I’m sure one of the ring leaders has other people to sue right now with the death in her family.

I'm not going to say "never", but I'm going to be vaccine hesitant about anything that comes down the road and hesitant about the more established vaccines.

So now our gov't is admitting that getting the vax increases your chances of getting infected. Has a vax ever increased one's chances of getting infected? That sounds unprecedented to me.

The only possible benefit they can claim is that it'll keep you out of the hospital. Well, it's by their own admission, not an increasingly virulent strain. What are your chances of being hospitalized anyway? You're not going to be hospitalized if you're never infected.

I'd like to know what the numbers say about hospitalization risk. Naturally I go to my gov't for such information 'cause they have the tools to assess this. What I found was that their last update on this was in Oct of 2021:

OK, this raises a (red flag) question from me. Why did they give us prompt one month old information on this in Oct of 2021 but nothing since? I have a very cynical guess. My guess is that the numbers show an infinitesimal risk. They don't want that info out there 'cause then it'd be much harder to justify pushing the vax.

Am I missing anything here?

There is a couple who are vocal anti vaccine people who live on my street. Not just cv19 but all vaccines and they are in full tinfoil hat mode right now. We don’t need any more people like them

Honestly, with how the government changed the definition of what a vaccine is, I think it would be wise to question everything going forward. And I’m not saying don’t get vaccines, but I’d certainly make sure I’m up to date on all the research and literature before getting any at this point.

Yeah you have to use common sense. I had an unfortunate wine bottle opening accident a while back. It had been almost 20 years since I had my last tetanus shot. Though it was in the back of my mind, I went ahead and got the shot. The last damn thing I would want to deal with is a possible tetanus infection. The government and medical communities handling of the pandemic (scamdemic) has done incredible harm to the publics faith in modern medicine. On another subject, the publics faith in our justice system is in the toilet too. This is all very, very unhealthy for our country.
