Vaccine or not?

Jacobson v. Massachusetts is the seminal case regarding a state or municipality’s authority to institute a mandatory vaccination program as an exercise of its police powers. 8 In Jacobson, the Supreme Court upheld a Massachusetts law that gave municipal boards of health the authority to require the vaccination of persons over the age of 21 against smallpox, and determined that the vaccination program instituted in the city of Cambridge had “a real and substantial relation to the protection of the public health and safety.”9 In upholding the law, the Court noted that “the police power of a State must be held to embrace, at least, such reasonable regulations established directly by legislative enactment as will protect the public health and the public safety.”10 The Court added that such laws were within the full discretion of the state, and that federal powers
This is an EO not a law. It will be struck down.

She should sue the company's ass off.

If her personal physicians recommended a certain medical treatment plan and ESPN did not allow it, she has an easy case.

Anyone that supports this behavior toward a woman going through reproductive issues should be tarred and feathered.

At least now the "Democrats" have been unmasked as true freedom-hating socialists.
Yep. I hate freedom so much I stormed the capitol in January 2017 to prevent Congress from doing its constitutional duty and overthrow the election results because my guy lost. Oh wait.

It'll likely get pushed through some OSHA regulation. Having proposed OSHA regs will likely be enough "PR cover" to get the larger companies on board with mandated vaccinations (if they so choose). By the time it gets litigated, any striking down victory will probably be symbolic.

No I got it. I’m just surprised you’re using the meltdown of the 16 election like it wasn’t a **** show from the left.
Clinton conceded the day after the election.
Frivolous lawsuits weren't filed in states where Clinton lost that she thought she would win.
The election was certified by Congress without interruption.
The capitol was not stormed to prevent Congress from certifying the elections.
Gallows weren't erected to hang the VP of the United States or any of the loser's political enemies.
The outgoing president welcomed the elected president to the white house and attended the inauguration.
The loser of the election attended the inauguration.

The left certainly acted ridiculous at times, but it's nothing compared to what Donny boy and his cronies did.

At times?
It was an emotional breakdown of biblical proportions.
But whatever you need to tell yourself.
