I have been extremely lucky so far. Only lost 1 person to Covid that I knew reasonably well. They were fully vaxxed.I just found out today about someone that I know that was unvaccinated and died from covid and you cannot predict who is going
to have a mild case and who is not going to live through it, so in that light the vaccine would always be my choice.
1.6 per 100k is our total rate.since April, the risk for fully vaccinated adults has never been higher than 1.2 deaths per 100,000 people.
New CDC data shows the risk of dying from Covid-19 is 11 times higher for unvaccinated adults than for fully vaccinated adults - CNN

It’s just that simple.I have been extremely lucky so far. Only lost 1 person to Covid that I knew reasonably well. They were fully vaxxed.
Both my parents, 60+, had Covid, said if it wasnt Covid they wouldnt have even taken off work or gone to the doctor. My dad missed about 2 weeks of work due to the vaccines, my mom 1. Both have said they wont get the booster(s) due to their reactions.
Covid is weird, dangerous, and unpredictable. Which is why we shouldnt be mandating anything from a top down perspective. People should be allowed to work with their own health care providers and make their own decisions.
These are the wicked math games that the cult uses for fearmongering.According to this article, the death rate for vaccinated people is 1.2 per 100,000. That is 0.012% chance of death for the vaccinated.
The death rate for unvaccinated is 9 in 100,000. That is a 0.09% chance of death in the unvaccinated.
Based on these numbers, the “11 times” isn’t even correct. Even if it was correct, are you saying we should fire people who don’t want a vaccine?
Should we confiscate all vehicles too? You know the death rate for that is 11.8 per 100,000. If it only save one life, isn’t it worth it?
I still don't personally know a single person that has had anything more than a bad cold from COVID, but I do personally know two young people (my age) that ended up hospitalized within a week or so of their second shot. One ended up having to leave his job.I have been extremely lucky so far. Only lost 1 person to Covid that I knew reasonably well. They were fully vaxxed.

The idiotic thing about all this is that the EO doesn't require a vaccine OR an exemption, to my knowledge- only that contractor firms will abide by certain guidance that still hasn't actually been released.Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), the laboratory that produced the first atomic bombs used during World War II and the home of the primary nuclear weapons research facility in the United States, is about to lose dozens of its top nuclear scientists.
According to a report from The Hill, more than 100 scientists, nuclear engineers, and others are being fired due to a vaccine mandate at Los Alamos National Laboratory. The Hill said that dozens of top nuclear scientists with “highest security clearances in the nation” and PhDs in sciences and engineering will be fired from Los Alamos Lab after the deadline for Los Alamos National Lab employees to get vaccinated has come and gone. The report is a further confirmation that people with PhDs refused to get the vaccine than those with lower educational levels.
According to a Thursday report from the Hill, a total of 114 workers at Los Alamos National Laboratory filed a lawsuit over the mandate, claiming that “exemptions have been unduly denied and their constitutional rights are being violated by Triad National Security LLC, the contractor that runs the lab for the U.S. Department of Energy.”

Lol WTF is this ?Unvaccinated Americans are more likely to die of non-Covid causes than those who received their shots, CDC report finds
Unvaccinated Americans are more likely to die of non-Covid causes than those who got their shots, a new report finds.
Researchers from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) compared deaths among those aged 12 and older who got any of the three authorized vaccines in the U.S. to teens and adults who did not.
Deaths due to causes unrelated to the virus were up to three times more likely in unvaccinated people than those who got either the Pfizer or Moderna Covid vaccines.

Surely, we can't say that nuclear scientists at Los Alamos are crazy conspiracy theorists...Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), the laboratory that produced the first atomic bombs used during World War II and the home of the primary nuclear weapons research facility in the United States, is about to lose dozens of its top nuclear scientists.
