I don't follow your statement. He was talking about driving, which I believe most people interpret as meaning "driving a motor vehicle". He stated it was privilege, not a right. He was correct.And just going back a bit, your driving argument is incorrect. Use of the public roads is a right while driving a motor vehicle on those roads is a privilege. The most frequently cited case in Tennessee is Sullins v Butler.
