Not upset, just pointing out that part is making fun, having over large portion of your post mention Trump or referring to Trump on a sports msg board says more about you then the people you make fun of.....11 months outta office, more covid deaths, worse economy, inflation outta control, crime up, coercion between government and businesses...and you focus is "Orange man bad" good luck, and have a good day

11 months....and the man has no impact on any issue u mentioned..Yet every chance you get its about him...the tables have turned to crap the same way you leftist and Libs and turned everything yo crap....yet your still can't get Trump outta your sand singled kinded little head to fix the issues....

Any Justice whom claims to be a constitutionalist should have an obvious view on how to decide on this. The slack jawed drooling Biden sack huggers love to throw out jacobsen vs massachusetts which I hope is their play here too. Because that case was upheld on the state’s power to enforce healthcare rules and had nothing to do with the Feds as there is zero power vested in the executive over individual citizens. Thus if jacobsen vs massachusetts is correct then the obvious choice is to vacate any federal mandate which attempts to usurp the state’s authority.

The downside here is if you live in a state like New York they clearly have the authority to push this crap. But hey they voted the idiot dictators in so….
