I have one close friend who's boosted as much as you're allowed to be, and he just got COVID for the 3rd time. I think he's finally realized this is all a charade. "WTF man I got this again? I think I'm done caring about this ****."

How in the h#ck does one get covid three times! I'm un-vaccinated, have hugged and shook hands with people who found out they had it the next day, have avoided wearing a mask as much as possible, i.e. I've about done everything I can to get other than kiss someone with in the hospital (wife had it, I kissed her at home).

And yet to get it. Don't know if it matters or not, but I am not one of those folks who wants everything around me sterilized. Have probably said this before, but believe in a little dirt strengthens one's immune system and I'm with George Carlin on this: mine is equipped with grenades and machine guns because of it.

I’m not sure that’s correct, but I’m not certain. It seems contrary to the purpose of the VICP trust, and then the Public Health Service Act says this:

“(b) UNAVOIDABLE ADVERSE SIDE EFFECTS; WARNINGS.—
(1) No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death as sociated with the administration of a vaccine after the effective date of this part23 if the injury or death resulted from side ef fects that were unavoidable even though the vaccine was properly prepared and was accompanied by proper directions and
warnings.”

It’s not my area of practice and skimming a bill can lead to misunderstandings, so you may be correct, but it seems like the idea is “we want them to keep making vaccines vaccines so we shield them from direct liability and we want people to take the vaccines, so we still pay for damages and just spread the cost to everyone.” Which is what they’ve done with the COVID vaccines while full FDA authorization is pending.

Also, I’m not sure how many plaintiffs are going to care enough about where the money comes from to sign up for expensive, years long litigation against a billion dollar company who will just litigate the margins and where they have a heavier burden to carry to get damages.

I bet most people have had it and just never knew. When I had it I only tested because of contact tracing. Tested positive 3 times from that (at home, rapid, multiday) never had a symptom. Told people if I was any less sick I would have been running marathons instead of 5ks.

Yes, I've known people with the same experience. In my case, I did get tested for the antibodies, but did not have them.

They both do. One is for Covid vaccines that are under EUA and the other is for other vaccines that have FDA Authorization.

Covid fund is paid through appropriations from the CARES act.
Others are apparently paid through a 75 cent tax paid at the time that each vaccine is administered.

No, but we also don't hear about the black on black murders that happen in Chicago/NY/LA/Philly/Baltimore/SFO/Seattle/Portland every day. Unless of course it is someone prominent. But then again, maybe people are waking up to the fact that Fauci's Flu has run it's course and is little more than a head cold now.

But don't you find it at all interesting how 'vax' status was so important for the last 2 years? And now that there are curious unexplained deaths of otherwise healthy people that now it isn't important?

I remember a comedian telling a story about his friend that claimed he had a ferret. But despite being at his friends house almost daily, he never saw the ferret. It was always “hiding” So he just started telling his friend he had a ferret too.

Having the vaccine but always getting Covid and feeling sick from Covid is alot like that.

Pfizer and Moderna, as enabled by the FDA, have come up with a scheme. The scheme is called "The Future Framework," and the idea is to skip clinical trials in perpetuity.

What's sad to me, I know a couple of people who risked their kids just to make a political statement. I say that, because the posts they made about it on Facebook, and made it about politics. And i quote one "if I have to risk my kid to save some ignorant trump supporter, then that's what I'm willing to do #science".
