Vaccine or not?

Nice headline.
Study did show any statistically significant time to improvement. Ivermectin 12 days, placebo 13. It also didn’t show any adverse reactions in the ivermectin group. And lastly, the dose was under what has been studied in previous publications. This study used 400ug/kg/day x 3 days. Previous studies showing possible ivermectin effectiveness used 1200ug/kg/day x 5 days. Would’ve been a better study had they used similar dosing over similar time. No notes as to why they used a lesser dose/length.
There are plenty of other studies that did demonstrate efficacy, and when I have taken it or prescribed it, the benefit seemed fairly apparent.

I’ll leave this here. There haven’t been any randomized studies on vaccines (or masking for that matter) in the nearly three years since Covid was discovered. All studies have been performed at lesser levels of evidence. These lesser levels are more prone to bias.

The CDC MMWR is NOT a peer reviewed publication. It functions as an advertisement for CDC positions. This study’s leading authors are also funded by Pfizer.

Levels of Evidence in Medical Research

This was a big one because it was the ACTIV-6 trial basically run out of Duke. I don’t have the time to find out if they explain why they used a dose that was so much less than what I’ve seen in other studies.

Not sure if this is the same study I'm remembering but it was discovered that one of the studies that was used by many anti "horse-pasters" to discourage use of Ivermectin they actually set it up to fail by not giving the proper dosage amount.
This study was just released. But dosing was lower than in previous studies as well.

From the Discussion section:
While almost 42% of participants had a weight of more than 88 kg and thus did not achieve the goal dose, more than 75% of participants had a weight of less than 100 kg and so received at least 90% of the target dose.”

I think it's important to remember that Ivermectin is a very cheap drug and thats not a good thing for big pharma. Check this out and see if maybe it changes your mind. You are entitled to having your own opinion. But sometimes it's good to have an open mind to other opinions and just go with what makes sense.

In Peru, all-cause mortality decreased 14 times following the mass distribution of Ivermectin. Then all-cause mortality increased 13 times after Ivermectin distribution was restricted by the new president.

Followed that one closely, what with my wife being Peruvian and all.

Castillo is Peru's Biden, just younger. Total idiot, 100% corrupt.

3 professional friends in town (MD, PA, dentist) and I all took ivermectin, either with a first or second CV infection. All 4 of us were significantly better in 24 hours and virtually symptom-free after 48.

I know this is a small/anecdotal sample, but most people have remained symptomatic for longer than that without treatment.

Of course, now we have all developed an insatiable craving for carrots and apples, and we neigh uncontrollably. Small price to pay.

To play devil's advocate, that looks very similar and slightly delayed to the US curve. Maybe that decrease and increase was partially attributable to because of lower cases in late summer and fall and more cases in the winter and not primarily due to Ivermectin...
