39,000 at the stadium tonight and Verizon's network can't handle the load. No data whatsoever.

It's also a giant concrete bowl and that doesn't help because the phone will hardly be able to get a signal because the signal is blocked by a giant concrete structure. Happen in every building on base because of the way they are built.

This wasn't a problem for me, had a good signal(Verizon, 4G), ......couldn't even send a text message......:banghead2:

Can people really not just go to a football game and enjoy the game instead of staying glued to their phones? That's sad and this is coming from a teen..

I had full signal and LTE data indicated but couldn't text or access anything. Verizon is worth the cost to me as their network and coverage is excellent all over the Knoxville area... just not in Neyland Stadium.

If you look at the jumbotron during the game, and you know you do, then... :hi:

My kid wanted me to tweet a pic of him (he's 3) to #risetothetop so they'd put it on the jumbotron. It wouldn't work and that was the stuff he cared about, not which QB was leading a more efficient attack.

There's always somebody saying this. My question is why can't I do both?

A 3 year old kid knows about Twitter? And wants you to "tweet" his pic? God help this country!

No. He just wanted his picture on the screen like the other kids and that was the way to do it. It was necessary to mention twitter to explain why I needed Verizon to work while at the game.
