Very upsetting performance & lack of execution. Out matched all over the field.

This is extremely embarrassing and something has to change. We have squeaked by all season long… 1,000 of you can say “we are 10-3, you don’t know football” “you negavols are blaaaah blah”…

We aren’t just out coached. We are out talented at every position on the field. Our WR’s and OL are dog water. We are NOT a playoff team, records are deceiving and that has been proven 3 times today. Nico gets ZERO help from the line and his receivers. He’s not given the opportunity to build confidence.

Are the underclassmen this bad? Do we really have to run out a limping squirrel white and a hurt Thornton? Brazzel is terrible. Dayne Davis and Lampley??? 😂

M. Matthews and McCoy will enter the portal before Christmas is my guess.

Its coaching. look at what Michigan has done. their talent was at the same or lower than ours under JimH. Yes recruiting can help, but when you cant develop WR talent, or OL talent, or call good plays on 3 and 7 coming out of the half when you half all the momentum... No amount of recruiting will fix this.
If you mean it’s the coaching at Ohio State I agree. They finally got their much more talented players to try after a whole year

Agreed. But 42-10 more talent?

Jeezus
We lost by a lot more because we actually tried. If we tried to run out the clock like Indiana, we probably could have made it closer

Edit: I should clarify that by this I mean we didn’t just punt and kick field goals and bleed the clock, not that the players played well or anything in that vein. Indiana only really tried to win in the last 3 minutes of their game, so Notre Dame took their foot off the gas

So how did Michigan win a natty last year is "talent" is everything. Wake up, Josh and his staff are more to blame than talent.
Why don’t teams like James Madison ever win championships? If you have a roster full of NFL players and they actually try, you win. Coaching matters on the edges when people are total idiots like Ohio State is every year in their Michigan game.

Michigan lost a lot of players from last year’s team, it’s not all coaching.

If Ohio State only called run plays up the middle all game like they did against Michigan, we would have won. We got beat by their WR and HBs on pass plays
Ummm, OSU had 26 rushes and 33 passes against Michigan. They have 26 rushes and 29 passes tonight. Only difference is Michigan didn't come out looking like a middle school JV team that's never played the game before.

Because we can’t keep up with their WRs? Because we can’t block?
When you get beat 1 on 1 every snap; there isn’t a chance to win.
That comes down to player development. How did Michigan build a program that could do it with less or equal talent. Look at all the talent UGA had before Kirby and they could not win the big games at all. Talent is not even 30% or the issue.

Nico is part of the problem. At this point he is not a good QB.

The narrative coming out of the game was Day only ran up the middle 🤷‍♂️ I didn’t watch the game, so you could be right. Maybe Michigan only cared one game this year too and Ohio State didn’t care
