Actually he was in line for the win. It was a wild game. He threw 6ip and then in the top of the 7th the Dbacks scored 7. They were up 7-3 going to the B7 and their bullpen just blew up. One of the relievers should have gotten the L.

Actually, it was a no decision for Godley. Arizona scored 7 runs in the top half of the 7th to set Zack up for the win, but then the bullpen allowed 5 runs in the bottom of the inning to allow the Dodgers to retake the lead.

You're right. Curtis got the loss and it was a good game. When he settles in, he's a strike out machine. If they quit moving him around so much, I think he'd fall into a groove.

Prayers for Andrew Lee. 2nd TJ surgery. Hate to hear such a great kid has to endure that twice, but grateful he is strong and can recover.

Good grief! I bet his baseball career is over now. Not many & I mean a very low % recover well enough from a 2nd TJ surgery to pitch again. That's just terrible news. Saddens me really bad! :bad:

Boo! I was hoping Godley would keep his spot in the rotation. He deserves it better than one other SP that I know of in that DBacks rotation.

I bet we see Godley back in the rotation before the season is over. I'm at least happy that he's staying with the big club.
