Peyton hasnt signed the papers with Indy yet...

Pipe dream, but still. I would literally run around Nashville butt naked if Peyton became a Titan.

Is the Titans position in the draft set yet? Where are we in order? I am concerned about who they are planning on getting to replace him though.

Any ideas on who we may legitimately be able to pick up in the 1st round to replace him?

Also, last question I swear, but why would no one be interested in trading for VY? I know he is obviously a head case, but he did show a few, albeit short in duration, bursts of potential. He is just so injury prone and emotional all the time. I really felt good about drafting him, especially with the McNair connection and all, but wow, I never could have imagined he'd turn out to be this big of a bust.

Draft Patrick Peterson, other than Luck, no other QB is worth the 8 pick and Luck is going to the Panthers. I doubt Peterson will be at 8 either though.

I would have gotten rid of Fisher before letting go of Young. Fisher is the problem and i truly believe all the fans will see this soon enough.

Enjoy being at the bottom of the AFC south for the next 5 years with Fisher.

The media's love affair with him is baffling.

+1000, couldn't be said any better. Fisher is not a great coach by any means. Hell, he barely qualifies as decent. 6 winning seasons in 17 years, 1 superbowl appearance, 4 division titles and 5 playoff wins is not great in that long of a span.

Sounded like nothing was final with the coaching staff either. If Fisher is retained i'd say Chuck Cecil won't be. I like the move, need a QB now.

Several reasons. #1, the 2010 trade deadline has passed, so no players can be traded until the beginning of the 2011 NFL year, 3/4/11. If a new CBA is not signed by 3/4/11, trading is not allowed then. #2, Bud has stated VY will not be on the roster in 2011. Why would a GM give anything for VY if he knows he can get him via waivers. It's not like VY will have many teams trying to pick him up off waivers.

Sign Haynesworth, draft AJ Green or Justin Blackmon, trade for Kolb, cut Gage.

More realistically, sign Haynesworth, draft Newton.

I don't think they'll draft a QB. I think they'll go after a QB in a trade. Fisher may have won the battle against VY, but he's still in the hot seat next season. He won't be able to wait out a rookie QB turning into a success.
