Vincent Dallas leaves team

The facts are he is walking away. Quitting. Giving up. You could tell that if you were 20, 40, 60, or 80.

Good riddance to another loser that the team needs to rid itself off. Butch gets it. Dallas got it.

But the question really is; was he a VFL?

Sunshine pumpers feel free to post in on that............

Is this confirmed fact yet? The article says he's considering options... which could be cover for just about anything.

What I am saying is, while I don't share his opinion on this today...I do understand his aggravation at this generation. That being said, it is jumping the gun to get that pissed yet. We have no idea why ATP.

You answered your own question again. Most people are bashing 1982Alum specifically because he jumped the gun, trashing and accusing Dallas of things NO ONE but he and the coaching staff know he has/hasn't done. For all we know there's been a death in the family. We have no idea! "Personal reasons" could mean anything, so it's best to just wait for the final news.

Vincent is staying at UT to finish his degree, I don't see him transferring. Idk about Posey.

Lets not bash these young men for doing what they think is best. No drama. No fanfare.
All Vol. All the time

I don't know why he's gone. I have a hard time believing a death in the family would constitute leaving a team for good, unless he has to work to cover bills, etc. But, I have been expecting some players to leave. It tells me that Butch means business in his expectations. Go vol, or go home.

Sweet first post, did you join just to tell us the inside info? :good!:

I go to TTU, know some fellow juniors and seniors that go to UTK, that knows Dallas personally. I don't know him personally. I highly doubt they would lie to me. The said he was recruited to go to UTK as ATH by Wilcox. He wanted to play Cornerback originally though, but Dooley thought he could contribute as WR. How did that play out for him? He started returning kicks this year because of the Devrin Young injury. Devrin Young is close to return back to the field, when Young is back on the field, he will receive no PT. He will go deeep on WR chart and might play a little on Special Teams. He doesn't want.

Hope this info is credible enough, ya'll do not have to believe me. This is just the scoop from friends of Dallas at UTK.

You have a legitimate source for "the facts"? Link?

Ripping a kid based on Internet rumors, before the facts come out, is pathetic.

Before the season started really thought Dallas would be a WR starter. Best of luck to him whatever his plans are.

Just to put this into prospective this will probably happen many more times before it gets better...obvious upgrade in talent coming and these guys want to go where they can play....I get all of that and wish them well....probably best for both the team and the players as well...happens every day somewhere....

Time to bring Foreman out, and personally I'm excited for it. I hate it for Dallas, but Foreman may give us some what of a threat as a kick returner. Best wishes to Dallas, and I hope our staff helps him find a new home if things don't work out here. Dudes done all that has been asked of him here.

You sure about that?

Kid could still stay with the team and get a degree from UT but instead he just quits. Nice attitude there. I don't get my way, so I quit and go home. We are better off without folks like this on the team.

Will he still qualify as a VFL?

Begin............

Or maybe he needed some cash so he decided to quit football and get job...you know, exercise his moral fiber.
