Vincent Dallas leaves team

Vosams , i heard the same thing.

I heard the same thing on Twitter from Woodberry or someone else. At least the part about finishing his degree. I think they also said he will transfer somewhere and intends to play after he graduates. This means he could play right away where ever he transfers.

I realize that, by this point in my fandom, I should know the answer to the question I'm about to ask - but I'm not 100% sure.

I do apologize if this has been covered in this thread already and I just missed it.

Looking at the bigger picture, how does losing 2 scholarship athletes effect 2014 recruiting?

Can the 2 vacated scholarships be applied to the 2014 recruiting class total?

I hate to see these guys go, but could it turn out to be a good thing, relative the 2014 recruiting cycle?

VOL fans are way too quick to eat their own. Wish the kid well and move on! He played hard for us when he took the field.

The facts are he is walking away. Quitting. Giving up. You could tell that if you were 20, 40, 60, or 80.

Good riddance to another loser that the team needs to rid itself off. Butch gets it. Dallas got it.

But the question really is; was he a VFL?

Sunshine pumpers feel free to post in on that............

You're pathetic!

Really wish you would just get banned already. You have some serious issues and make us all look bad.

I expected to see Dallas starting this year. The coaches know their jobs, but not playing that guy is a mystery to me. Good luck to him.

What are his stats so far this year? Is this a PT issue? Looks like a Pig, Smith and North took his PT.

VQ is reporting he's not practicing with the team due to personal reasons but adds that it would be an "uphill battle" for him to return to the team...would hate to lose him. Hope he gets it all worked out.

They're already short on experience at wide out. This may hurt a lot.

Sucks to lose him but wish him the best in what ever he does. Will be excited to see Malik return some if Dervin isn't ready yet

......mystery to me toooo! I have seen him at practice and how he interacts with team mates and how his class work is going and what his work ethic is and what I think his potential is and I don't understand how in the worl.............

no wait, I wasn't there, and I don't have clue. LIKE THE REST OF YOU.

p.s. I wish him the best.

No, it only affects the 85 total which could increase how many we can sign in 2015 class.

I'm thankful for Vincent Dallas' contribution to the Vols. He moved around so much over his career, that had to be hard. I wish he would just stick this season out and finish up. Probably more to this story, but none of us knows.

So let's just thank him for some good plays (huge hit on special teams in the Florida game this year, if I recall) and cheer him on wherever he goes next.

Kid could still stay with the team and get a degree from UT but instead he just quits. Nice attitude there. I don't get my way, so I quit and go home. We are better off without folks like this on the team.

Will he still qualify as a VFL?

Begin............

Never fails, rectal cavity fans who don't know the slightest basis for team related incidents, eagerly condemn our players. The wonder is that anyone wants to play for the UT given such slop for brains behavior of so-called fans.
