Yep. Trump's contradictory behavior patterns have always been troublesome. He makes a sound policy announcement one week and then the next week, he will make contradictory remarks about it because it's usually pissed off his base.

No , it specifically says to uphold the constitution. The constitution specifically says ... shall not be infringed upon . Very simple , no reason to try and “interpret “basic English language.

The 2A was written at a time when the word arms did not include weapons that could destroy the world. Therefore, I think a reasonable interpretation would be to place certain "arms" outside of the rights granted under 2A. Hence my comment about limits.
