Virginia, MLK day, Accelerationists, Trump, GOP

Yep. Virginia is the worst place in the world to start a conflict. The terrain of rural Virginia and the resolve if it's people, make it the last place in America to try and conquer.

But what many forget, northern Virginia has the highest concentration of current or retired military officers of all states. From just browsing online pictures from the rally, I identified at least one current Marine Major, several Army Captains, a Army Chief Warrant Officer, and several retired NCOs. Of just these people I've recognized, their military resumes carry distinction.....special forces, Rangers, Airborne, most with CIB's. All of them had a group of following them.
You have identified them but you can't name them or show their picture at the event?

Wow unbelievable. No one is condoning what they stood for but regardless of that you don't kill them in cold blood. They rolled tanks in. That's communist BS right there. But liberal communist is basically same thing. Don't fall in with the leaders you get Clintoned.

Those folks followed their bad cult leaders to their demise. Thankfully, twelve children who had been sexually and physically abused were released to the FBI before the end. The Davidians shot and killed federal officers. They refused to surrender to authority and the Feds had all options are on the table to stop them. From all indications, they started the fires that killed them.

The feds had ample opportunity to arrest Koresh in town the day before and the day of the raid. They chose not to so they could put on a show.

And really the march for our lives is organized by the kids for their lives.

Interesting that I hit quote and got this 👆🏼, but that’s not what you said.

“And really the march for our lives is organized by the kids to protest gun violence”

So let’s address the original statement. Everyone pretty much across the country agrees with ending gun violence, just not how to get there. It’s when one right is exercised to infringe on another right that creates an issue and conflict.

It’s not an inanimate object problem, it’s an insane in the membrane people problem. I would think that most everybody agrees you have to be sick minded to carry out a mass murder no matter what the weapon of choice is, be it firearms or a truck of fertilizer.

Protesting FOR something, like for instance, better mental health care, would probably garner massive support and have far reaching consequences that go beyond the obvious. The statistics showing a large percentage of shooters being on psych drugs just illustrates that our mental health care is sadly lacking and mental issues, when addressed, have become a revolving door of inadequate pharmaceutical bandaids.

LOL you might want to educate your self on what actually happened... yes the Branch Davidians were a cult, but the ATF/FBI completely made a mess of what happened, including making up and lying about evidence that didn't exist. The ATF actually shot first, the feds also likely caused the fires with their gas grenades which they first said they didn't use and then later had to admit they did...

You should go to a law enforcement training of tactics and you would see what failures the Feds did at both Ruby Ridge and Waco, they lost lawsuits for several reasons

Arrested for what?

Google is your friend. "A federal grand jury indicted 12 of the surviving Branch Davidians charging them with aiding and abetting in murder of federal officers, and unlawful possession and use of various firearms. Eight Branch Davidians were convicted on firearms charges, 5 convicted of voluntary manslaughter, and four were acquitted of all charges."

Why is it the same 2-3 black guys in every pic and always seem to be around a sign with a website on it?

Guerrilla warfare marketing.....

Waco siege - Wikipedia

why don't you read this, including the parts of where the government's case for warrants was circumstantial at best; Also they directly lied about child abuse and making drugs just to have reasons to justify their actions; the FBI/ATF was caught lying on at least 4-5 main parts of the issue...Again, education is your friend. It is possible that Randy Weaver and David Koresh were anti-government nutjobs AND that the feds did several illegal and unethical things that led to both incidents being deadly when they didnt have to be

Correct. Your point being?

We’ve all seen a protest or twenty of folks that are exercising the rights of 1A turn into violence and destruction. Should we respond by limiting or removing everyone’s rights under 1A because of those bad actors? Should those that as you say are smart enough not to protest lose their right to protest if they choose to do so?

Why should those with no intent to purposely go out and do harm lose their rights of 2A because of a few bad actors?

I got my quote from the Branch Davidians entry on Wikipedia.

Go to an FBI tactical conference sometime and ask them about it. The field agents and training agents are pretty clear about their feelings on it.

I wouldn't expect someone who has never had law enforcement or legal training to understand simple concepts when they have a "political feeling" about something, but most of us can operate with using our knowledge to state general facts. Do you understand that the FBI lied about the drug trafficking charges on Koresh because under Texas State law, that was the only way they could use tanks and helicopters? or that DHS cleared the Branch Davidians of any child abuse charges weeks earlier, but Reno told Clinton they had to assault with gas because it was "costing too much money and children were being raped"...this is all easily discoverable facts. The judge even admitted later that the circumstantial evidence for the original "weapons charge" which started all of this had improper information that came out later.

I could care less about Koresh being a nutjob, i do care about rule of law
