On gun control, as long as we're talking about not confiscating guns from law abiding citizens then most of it I'm open to. For example, if a person has spent time in a mental facility they probably shouldn't be able to purchase a firearm. If a person has multiple restraining orders I don't think they should be headed out to buy a Glock 21.

Northam is trying to pass a law that would extend his current term and also lift the term limit for Governor here in the state of Virginia. It's always been 1 term then move on, that way we avoid dictatorships and the battles are fought in the house and Senate of Virginia. Not cool

Northam and his Conrad's want to allow felons to vote, they want to remove the requirement for a picture ID to vote, oh and they would like to make it illegal to talk badly about a government official.

The Gun confiscating, for now anyway has been shot down ( no pun intended ). He also wants to give each college student $1000.00 per semester. He wants to make abortions state funded and more accessible.

Communism is taking over Virginia and I hope the rest of the country is taking notes.

Interesting timing for the Second Amendment rally. And heard a new term tonight for the right wing bloggers and conspiracy nuts who promote these things: they support segregation and another civil war if necessary to get it. They are called "accelerationists" because they seek to speed up the disintegratiin of our democracy so they can dominate the market on hate.

Sadly, Trump has chosen to stoke it, rather than try to calm his racist base, he is provoking things. And I am disappointed, albeit not surprised, that the GOP proper is not weighing in to advocate for calm.

The daddy of ACA is the worst in my lifetime and pushing Carter to #2 was an accomplishment.

GWB made 1 real devastating long lasting mistake and that was invading Iraq. Other than that he pretty much followed in Clinton's footsteps policy wise.
