It's cool hope they have a under shirt like they did at the end of the season.I loved those but never got to buy one.Hope they are sold to the public this year.

I liked those undershirts also - were they underarmour or stupid adidas ? never got any of the candy stripe Basketball warmup pants a few years back and regret that to this day :banghead2:

They're Adidas and made for the players only. Yes, they know they can sell hundreds of them.

I only would like the black and orange if the helmets are black/orange. White helmets makes it look like a last minute decision just thrown together.

Oh and it should only be worn around Halloween.

Pants needed to be black, or at least black stripes

DP is Dooley going to keep up the absolutely idiotic decision of making the players do the Vol Walk in dress suits? I dont know how far these kids have to walk but by the time they get to the stadium, in mid September, they look miserable and sweaty. The linemen look like they have already played a quarter of football. The players looked much more comfortable in the warm ups from Kiffins tenure and actually smiled a little bit during the Vol Walk.

With the exception of Kiffin's one year, players have worn suits for every VolWalk since the tradition was started in the Majors era, so don't look for it to change.

The warmups were a Kiffin compromise. Up until a week before the first game in 09, Kiffin was refusing to have the players do the VolWalk at all.

wow..i would love to sit and talk to some one in the AD about everything that really happened during Lane Kiffins tenure. the warm ups looked good, though. the players should wear jerseys, imo, so the average fan can identify who they are looking at. anything but suits in September.

I liked the warmups. Showed uniformity. Some of the players so called suits are hideous

At that point, their jerseys are already taped to the shoulder pads in the locker room.

I prefer the suits.

Why wear warm-ups when all you are doing is advertising for Adidas apparel?

every member of the team looks uniform. i dont see the reasoning of this question. my main point was the fact of trying to give your players a heat stroke before a game. i dont understand the value of that to look distinguished. makes NO sense to me

why should ut stay with only orange and white just because they used that back in the 60s? Teams add some new colors all the time---in basketball, teams were gray, black, ... jerseys in addition to white and their normal color. Why not do some innovative stuff every now and then in football----some change is good.

We have...we added black as a trim color. Why does everyone want to add it as a main color/jersey when about 100 other teams have already done it? That's what I can't understand, when did getting a black jersey become something everyone HAS to have? It's painfully cliche. I'm not against a black jersey, I actually thought ours looked good, but I just don't get the obsession.

Basketball and baseball are a bit different because they both have a lot more games to work with so throwing in more uniforms is not a big deal. Football you'll have 14 games tops to work with, with roughly half being home games. I also don't mind the baseball team wearing black because they originally did it to bring something unique to their team. Basketball to a much lesser degree could use that, but they still haven't come out in a black uniform yet.

I would just like different design the same colors are fine.I've said it before I know but this is my favorite thread.GBO AND WHITE OR BLACK JUST NEVER EVER BLUE AGAIN.
