I'm sorry, I'm all for mixing it up for maybe one game a year, but this is one of the ugliest things I've ever seen.

Instead of the faded duck feathers on the shoulders, make it a faded checkerbord.

The Heath Shuler away unis are awesome, but the problem is there's basically nowhere to put those sleeve stripes on a modern uniform, and that's my favorite part of them.

I do like the idea of an orange helmet with white T as part of our road uniforms. It would serve as an excellent visual counterbalance to white jerseys and orange uniform pants. There would be nothing louder, prouder and bolder than that combination. We have the prettiest and most distinctive color scheme in all of college football and I support maximizing its effectivness as a statement of who we are.

If recruits truly have their hearts set on black as a dominant component of their college football uniforms, then, by all means, go to Colorado or, yuck, Vanderbilt.

I'm with you on the helmet. It's long overdue IMHO. I love the traditional uni. But, a once a year alt uniform is a cheap way to get kids looking at us again.

I can deal with the grey. I actually wish we would use grey as the number accents instead of black.

The whole black thing looks way too Halloween and OSU for my taste.

When does our contract with ADIDAS run out? I would love to see us move to NIKE.

I know I'm in the minority but I like it when the side stripe in the shirt runs into or matches up with the side stripe on the pants. Anything like that? And do you have a side or 3/4 view of the helmet??

I'm along with you on the side stripe from the pants to the shirt matching up so long as it looks right and all. I also don't mind when they don't match as I'd done on those.

I don't have a side or 3/4 view of the helmet...yet, but I can easily mock them up if people are interested to see it. I've just been reading through and seeing what people like and don't like and coming up with mock versions based off that stuff as well as my own curiousity as far as what something might look like.

we'll see. CBJ is a promoter. bet he will shake things up a little. no not change our uniforms completely, geysers.

Butch has bigger issues to worry about in his conversations with Hart than an alternate uniform. Not even on his radar screen right now.
