Well if I was Rogers I would try and look on the bright side- Either Geno Smith will eventually become the starter or Sanchez will get traded (or both).

Chaney had a lot to do with it, Dooley did a good job with hiring a good OC, (Wish he would of payed a little more attention to the run game), but he also gets credit for hiring Sal, which was the nail in the coffin.

Dooley did not hire Chaney, he was a carry over from Kiffin's staff.

With that in mind, Dooley did very little, except cause brain damage.
